Chaa Thai is a podcast spilling the tea on Peace Corps volunteer life in Thailand! Each episode, hosts Dano Nissen and Morgan Shupsky will interview a current Peace Corps volunteer in Thailand and do a deep dive on their experience at their host site. The tea is that there are as many examples of what service is like for a volunteer in Thailand as there are volunteers — join us as we get a taste!

It only took 10 weeks, but in this episode Dano and Morgan finally get to talk about their own lives, including their funny stories, misconceptions about being a PCV, and their hardest parts of service thus far. Listen to hear about the dangers of consuming massive amounts of Thai food (and the subsequent dangers of failing to read a medicine label), the cultural shocks that have become habitual and Dano and Morgan’s takes on friendship amongst volunteers in-country and post-service. Also a lot more stuff, hence why this episode is so long 🙂
