Social media consumes much of our daily lives. If you think this doesn’t pertain to you, take a look at your screen time reports. Being in a country that has “an incredible average of 9 hours and 11 minutes spent online per person per day, including 5 hours and 13 minutes spent using mobile internet, Thais are the most relentlessly connected people in the world” (Phanpinit & Kansirisin, 2019); we feel this even more-so than before. Although cutting screen time can seem impossible being far from home and wanting to stay informed, we can change what we see. So, to help you get a head start, here are 7 Instagram accounts you should be following for content that will propel your personal growth and foster positivity.
