Andy Anderson, 129 TESS, is a third-year volunteer serving in Umphang, Tak. Umphang is an isolated town deep in the mountains of Tak province that is famous for Thi Lor Su, the tallest waterfall in Thailand, and Doi Hua Mcct, the bald-headed mountain.
