DIY: Cleaning Products

LET’S GET CLEANING! (Mom knows best)

Nobody likes to clean-but from time to time we have to.

This may be a DIY project you already know, but I’m going to throw it out there for those of you who don’t.  As we all have varying living situations, and some of us do not have sinks or hot water for cleaning, here is a DIY cleaning potion to help you solve your disinfectant problems.

What you will need: white vinegar, baking soda (and if you wish to add: your favorite smelling essential oil for aromatic purposes).

Step 1: Pour ¼ to a ½ cup white vinegar in a spray bottle and add 2 tablespoons of baking soda. (And if you happen to have on hand- add a few drops of your favorite essential oil for a pleasant aroma)

Step 2: Fill the bottle to the top with water.

Step 3: Give it a good shake, then let it settle.

Step 4:  Use to clean those cutting boards, cooking utensils, counter tops, or anything else that may need a little disinfectant!

Thanks for taking the time to read! I hope you find enjoyment with this DIY project and with your time at site ☺ Much love, Amber
