COOL TEMPERATURES AHEAD! (tips from PCV 126!)

It’s time to cool your core body temperature during this hot season!  

What you will need: a pair of socks, a freezer, a relaxing spot to lay, and a fan.

Step 1: Soak a pair of your socks in water.

Step 2: Put your socks in the freezer and allow them to chill for approximately 24 hours.

Step 3: Prepare your spot for tomorrow! Find a good spot to lay.

Step 4: Keep in mind that your fan positioning will be cooling you from your feet.

Step 5: After 24 hours get your socks out!

Step 6: Lay down in your pre-designated area and turn fan on.

Step 7: Put socks on and ENJOY!
